Module 2: Relationships
“We are never in a relationship with a person or a thing, we are only ever in a relationship with our thoughts about a person or a thing.”
The Self
Every relationship is a reflection of the relationship we have with the self.
The self has many names.
The ego, the mind, the Beta Condition.
It is an accumulation of all the knowledge, education, ideas, opinions, beliefs, and identities we have about who we are in the world.
When we are in relationship with the world, we see the world through the window of how we see ourselves.
When we are in a relationship with a person, we judge that person and their behavior based on the idea we have about them in the mirror of how we think about ourselves.
The New Alpha Male is not in the old consciousness pattern of viewing the self as the body or viewing the self as the thoughts.
These are both old myth and old paradigm.
Viewing the world as the body led to ‘alpha’ being physical dominant.
Viewing the world as the thought led to ‘alpha’ being socially dominant.
The New Alpha, the True Alpha, both his body and his thoughts – and he is neither.
He is the master of his body through being the master of his mind.
The self is not seen or heard – it is the seer and the listener.
Self-knowledge is the understanding that the world is not separate from us, it is only a reflection of us.
To know the self is to know the world, to know the world is to know your self.
What you see in the world is what you see in your self, and what you see in your self is what you see in the world.
The last day of the relationship module is to expose you to the only relationship that truly exists.
It is the relationship between the Beta Condition and the Alpha State.
There is only one relationship.
The Beta Condition is personal, the Alpha State is universal.
The Beta Condition is dividing, the Alpha State is unifying.
We are separate in the Beta, we are one in the Alpha.
The Beta Condition delivers personal results through The Model; it is in time and limited by thought.
The Alpha State is eternal and limitless.

Self-Study Assignment for Module 2, Day 6
In your notebook, continue to do a thought download every day this week and a model for two of the thoughts in your download.
In your notebook, answer the following questions:
What are you?
Who are you?
Write down all of your identities, all of your titles, all of the ways you think about your self.
Why are you taking this course?
What do you want to get from it?
What do you want to become from it?
Why do you believe this course is the way to get there?
What do you think you need to become this result?
The Beta Condition is the process that creates results.
It is the thought that creates the emotion that drives the action that determines the result.
Can you create your life (results) without the Alpha State?
Can you be the creator of you own experience?
Are you prepared to develop the skill-set that allows for extreme control, extreme responsibility, and extreme ownership?
Are you prepared to develop the skill-set that will free your mind?
Are you prepared to develop the skill-set that will allow you to have anything you want in this life?
Do you believe you have the ability to learn this skill-set?
Why or why not?
Is it possible go through life without thought (without the Beta Condition)?
Can you cease the impulse to choose?
Can you eliminate the reaction to yes or no, accept or deny?
Even in answering these questions, are you choosing – are you in the process of belief?
Is it possible to go through life without the truth (without the Alpha State)?
Can you be a robot to your thoughts?
Can you make a choice without thinking about your choice?
Can you have an impulse and in that same moment act, without awareness of why you took action?
Are you, even now, aware of the sentences in your brain, or can you live with the sentences running without hearing them and simply reacting to them?
This self-study could go on forever, my friend.
It is the study of the self; it is self-knowledge.
It is how you ‘know thyself’.
