The Model
The Model is how we align ourselves with the Universal Truth.
It is a blueprint that shows us how the Universal Truth is working from moment to moment.
Everything in life can fit into one or more of the five categories in The Model.
The five categories of The Model are circumstances, thoughts, emotions (feelings), actions, and results.
The more you practice using The Model, the more you will see how your thoughts create your results, how facts (circumstances) are neutral and the foundation of reality, and how you can begin to choose your thoughts to determine your results.

Self-Study Assignment for Module 1, Day 4
In your notebook, start doing a thought download and two models every day.
After completing your thought download for the day, use 2 thoughts to do models on (two thoughts, two models, one model for each thought). It won’t take long but has major impact on your brain to see how your thoughts determine your results rather than your circumstances. For now, always start with the thought, then find the circumstance, emotion, action, and result.
Learning to use the model on paper will develop into learning to use the model automatically. The model is how we align ourselves with the Universal Truth, separate our thoughts from the facts, determine our results, and end all suffering. I use The Model with my one-on-one clients all the time and I use this practice in my own life as a part of my daily meditations.
In the beginning, models might be confusing or difficult to construct. You can email me or use the chat feature on this page to ask questions about The Model and send me models you have done on your thoughts for review.
