Alpha and Beta Myths
What you have been taught about being an Alpha Male is erroneous.
Most of these thoughts are related to observing other species of animals (wolves and apes) and all of them are rooted in fear and survival.
The end of suffering is to leave behind the conditioning of the past.
Old Alpha myths include physical dominance and social or relationship dominance.
This is only true of the past and the lesser animals.
There are still Alpha Men and Beta Men, the definition is different; the complexity of the term has increased with the complexity of the human.
