What Is An Emotion
Emotions are chemicals, they are molecules.

Emotions are tangible, they are measurable.
Thoughts are sentences in our brain – they are not measurable or observable.
Emotions, on the other hand, are the physical representation of thought.
They are released into the body when we have a thought that we BELIEVE.
Depending on the thought, a different emotion will be released into the body.

Why Are Emotions So Important
Emotions are how we get results.

Actions are just math – movement through space and time.
It is the emotions that drives us to act (or not act).

How We Handle Emotions
Emotions in the body are called FEELINGS.

We call them good or bad, positive or negative, comfortable or uncomfortable.
Human beings act in response to how they feel.
Sometimes they act because they feel a comfortable emotion or want to feel a comfortable emotion.
Other time they can because they want to stop feeling an uncomfortable emotion or to avoid feeling an uncomfortable emotion.
There are four ways people handle emotions; they resist, avoid, react, or process emotions.

Unconditional Love
Unconditional love is an amazing thing.

It means you can love anyone, at any time, no matter what they do.
It makes our lives easier, better, and gets us fantastic results.
Love feels good.
If given a choice, most of us would choose to feel love towards someone over any other emotion and many of us desire to be loved by other people.
Yet, most of us don’t consciously choose to feel love.
Unconditional Love is something we do for YOURSELF!

Indomitable Self-Confidence
Indomitable Self-Confidence is an emotion that leads to massive action and is the primary emotion that gets us the results we want in life.

Self-Confidence is the emotion that drives you towards the results and the life you are meant to live.
Indomitable means immovable, unbreakable, and unyielding.
Self-Confidence is made up of three parts; each part is important to create the indomitable feeling of self-confidence.
1: The ability to trust yourself.
2: Knowing that you can experience any emotion without harm.
3: A strong, positive opinion of yourself.
